Why train with Coach Nick Woolery?

(I currently perform all in-person training at my home gym or at a local park for your convenience.)
1. I start everyone with my On-Ramp Program for two weeks
.
Our first two weeks together are paramount for several reasons: I assess your movement and introduce you to the drills that will most efficiently allow you to address weaknesses and imbalances; I observe your general and relative strength levels and program accordingly; you show me how dedicated you are by working hard, tracking details, and earning points in your personalized checklist; together we determine what encompasses optimal training for your goals. 

2. Observation skills
As a personal trainer, my job is to markedly increase your quality of life through strength, movement, and general physical preparedness. This process is different for every single client and my nearly seven years of full time personal training has provided me with the experience needed to hone my observations. I use my eyes to watch ankles, knees, shoulders, and faces. I use my ears to listen to your feedback. I use my voice to ask precise questions and to explain why you are performing certain movements. You have my undivided attention and wealth of knowledge.

3. Training and ongoing education
As someone who decided on a career in personal training while pursuing a degree in chemistry, I highly value the scientific aspects of human performance and understanding the "why" when something works, or doesn't. I regularly read and review university-level research, attend workshops, and seek to expand my knowledge and skillset. Another aspect of my job is sharing that education with my clients and empowering you to make better, more efficient choices while striving to reach your goals.

Training with Nick has changed my life. I feel healthier and stronger, and happier! I began training with Nick after having gone to the gym by myself for 6 months.
